In honor of Halloween, I want to paint my fingernails a spooktacularly, rich color to match the haunted holiday. The beautiful landscapes and leaves turning didn’t stop Style Erin from finding some shopping gems in Charlottesville this past weekend. While chowing down at the Virginian on UVA’s infamous Corner, I spotted Duo and Finch. Duo on Elliewood Avenue is a cute little boutique that carries French Connection, Freeway, Splendid and BCBG to name a few. Down the street is Finch, a hip boutique with Free People, Umgee, Milla, and En Creme. Both stores have fun, on-trend jewelry and cool, Fall accessories. Whether you’re a student, resident or visitor, Duo and Finch are the perfect shops for that little pick me up we all deserve!

Style Erin feels like dressing up in her old school dance costume and doing a curtsey because of another fantastic review! Thank you, Christy! “Erin came into my closet knowledgeable, happy and helpful!! She took her time to get to know what I liked and tailored her visit to what would look best on ME. We purged 2 bags of clothes and the clothes that were left, I saw in a whole new light! Erin then shopped for key pieces I needed to complete my wardrobe to bring it all together. She picked some fun pieces as well. It was all online so I just had to point and click. I feel much better in the morning when I get dressed – there is no more “what should I wear?” and “does this go with that?”. I actually have cute outfits!! I also feel more confident when shopping alone by keeping Erin in the front of my mind…“would Erin recommend this?”. She is so much fun and really loves what she does. It is a GREAT experience. Can’t wait for Spring!!”

Style Erin is loving these Dolce Vita Over-The-Knee Suede Boots! It’s the 70’s, bohemian-style trend I can’t get enough of this Fall. Wear them with a shorter dress to show a little skin OR over your favorite skinnies. My legs look a mile long too. That’s a bonus for a 5’4″ gal!!
